We hope to always delight you. We guarantee all of our work and will gladly make any adjustments to your haircut or color complimentary if you contact us within seven days of your service. After seven days we still want you to call us if you are not satisfied. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.
For haircut appointments, we suggest coming back every 6 to 8 weeks. For color touch-ups, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks. For highlights, we suggest 6 to 8 weeks. For keratin treatments we suggest 3 to 4 months.
